    Thanks for the structured approach. A lot of times we just try a lot of things and go with the ones that stick, but it takes a lot of trial and error. Also, a lot of time. This is a good linear approach for those who want to be more efficient and organized with their learning. Thanks again 🙂

    Alhamdulillah… Alhamdullilah…. 🙏 I passed my TCF/TEF in FIRST attempt and I believe that after the will of Allah, it was the hard work and the best teaching skills put in by my mentor Dr Hamed, Common stations academy. 💙 I struggled to clear TCF/TEF Having failed TCF/TEF twice, I always felt maybe I am not worth it or maybe I am not as intelligent as others. Moreover, being a mother of a 2-year-old child, I was very much afraid and considered TCF/TEF as an almost impossible task. I cannot believe it, but I made it and I am proud of myself! #SayMashaAllah ☺😊😆🙈 I am very much thankful to the wonderful members of this TCF/TEF group from the bottom of my heart. 🙏 You have been through this journey with me when I needed help the most. When I failed TCF/TEF for a second time, I was feeling so depressed and hopeless and wanted to give up. But it was your support and encouraging comments and private messages that kept me going, without them I did not have the courage to continue. I am forever grateful! Choosing a TCF/TEF academy was a difficult decision for me. I was so desperate that I even created a poll on this group asking for your opinion. Of course, I went for what you recommended but only after attending common stations academy, I can say that I made the right decision following your advice. Thank you all! Dr Hamed takes his work very serious and his dedication is praiseworthy. He does not leave you at the mercy of temps and makes sure that he takes the entire course himself. TCF/TEF is a tricky exam, it is changing on a regular basis and trust me you cannot memorise scripts and pass this exam anymore. But the way Dr Hamed teaches the approach and principles of scenarios, with consistent practice, things become as simple as ABC for you. He will prepare you in a way that you can tackle any scenario and can just relate everything which he discussed in class in the examination hall. His notes are comprehensive, updated and very well organized. I could not leave my child for 2 consecutive weeks, but Dr Hamed was kind enough to accommodate me in different in-person courses as well as his online course. He is a teacher worthy of utmost respect, a teacher who you keep searching for long and you merely get! He has been no less than a blessing for my TCF/TEF journey. If you failed TCF/TEF before, if you are a mum planning to give TCF/TEF , if you have long gaps or have any other commitments, don’t let anything stop you from reaching your goal. It just needs planning and practising. Plan ahead, give yourself time and don't rush. I was trying to memorise DDs, risk factors, symptoms, etc when I was cooking, cleaning, dish washing, feeding my child, etc. I used to get up a few hours earlier than my child to study and then hand her over to my husband when he was coming home after his work. During the course try to find a good study partner whose circumstances match with yours, is serious and committed. Try to attend the academy as much you can. It might not be convenient to find an approved childminder during this Covid time, but your husband can take some days off work, if not, try to attend on weekends. Last but not least, show your sincerity, you are promised to get help from Allah! It is time to return the favour, feel free to direct message me if you need any help. I wish you all good luck and hope to see you soon in the HERE ✌ Contact him WhatsApp: +1(970) 578-9743 Email ramseyowen196@gmail.com Thanks

As the spoken french in Quebec and in France (metropolitan French) are quite different I think the TEF exam's resources must also be different. What do you think about this? Can I study metropolitan French and still get a B2+ level score on the TEF exam or are the resources you introduced good enough for this task?

The books recommended in the video are sufficient. For vocabulary, revision of these books is more important. As we revise, we find more structures, more collocations (groups of words) which we can use in our own expressions.

    Sir I have been following the Practice Makes perfect book for about a month now. In that, there are a lot of things which are required to be remembered by heart - irregular verbs. So should I first mug up and remember all those irregular verbs in different tenses and then move to the next chapter or just learn them as they come along is Edito series and in other materials?

  • @BBarters

    @BBarters

    3 жыл бұрын

    Learn as they come - it's not about mugging up - it is about revising - writing them down - and using them in sentences, conversations - you have to repeat this. Just mugging up won't do anything. Periodic revision is better.

    It depends on where you live, so I wouldn't be able to answer. Alliance is not a must, you can prepare on your own.

    Bonjour, Yes, if you are at the C1 level and familiar with the TCF Canada exam format, dedicated practice should be sufficient preparation for the exam. It's essential to understand the exam's structure, timing, and question types to maximize your performance. Best of luck with your preparation and the TCF Canada exam!

    I have a question. You said 'complete the French tree in Duolingo'. Does that mean, 1 crown in each lesson is enough?

    At least 3- one crown is not sufficient for language retention.

    Are you confused between TEF and TCF ? Wondering which exam to take for Canadian immigration? TEF Canada is certified by Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Paris, Île-de-France, whereas TCF is certified by CIEP Paris. Chamber of Commerce and Industry's exams are relatively easier than and CIEP. Pro: They both have same four components comme ça on peut en parler ici et puis on peut avoir les questions identifiant documentlistening, reading, writing and speaking. Cons: In an hour's time you have to write only two texts in the TEF Canada exam. But in the TCF exam you have to produce three texts in an hour. For even more a detailed explanation, please visit www.hereandnow.fr/tef-vs-tcf Listening 60 questions / 40 mins - TEF Canada 39 questions / 35 mins - TCF Canada Reading 50 questions / 60 mins - TEF Canada 39 questions / 60 mins - TCF Canada Writing 2 activities / 60 mins - TEF Canada 3 activities / 60 mins - TCF Canada Speaking 2 activities / 15 mins - TEF Canada 3 activities / 12 mins - TCF Canada
