Thank you very much for the video. Having gone through the website numerous times, I have found nothing related to the SJT being numerical or logical, so I'm actually surprised you're informing us it's an aptitude test.. Kindly clarify on this. Also, please do you by chance know any Nigerian/African based in Nigeria/Africa who has gotten into this programs in times past. Thank you, apologies for the long text.

It’s usually 25 scenarios, 174 questions in 50 mins. Source: Someone that has sat for the SJT.

Hi Dombony Global, please I would like to know at what point in the application process will the aptitude test be taken. Currently the SJT has been conducted and awaiting shortlisting. There’s been no information on a numerical test. Would you have any information on that??

Hi Joans, apologies for the late reply. I believe you have a profile on the program’s website. All updates will be stated there. If you are shortlisted for any of the stage, you will be notified and guess an email will be sent to you too.

Are you preparing for the SJT? If so, familiarize yourself with what you do in your workplace and do some practice tests using the link in the description. Also you can google for other test sites. But most importantly, know what is expected of you especially when it relates to a Patient.

Yes, I actually did a video on aptitude test. For the SJT, I have included in the description above a link for some SJT practice tests. Feel free to look out for other practice sites. The major thing to note in SJT is to familiarize yourself with your chosen role. Understand what is expected of you and how best to go about/tackle some situations.

Not sure if they require that but I will suggest you take it one step at a time. Whatever they require will be requested by them.

Well, if you are referring to what I said in the video. In the lab structure for instance, the organogram goes thus Consultant > Clinical Scientist > Biomedical Scientist > Associate Practitioners/ Trainee Scientist > Medical Laboratory Assistants. This is what I meant when I said higher, not that any is better than the other. Thanks for asking this question Francis. Yes, an experienced B.Mls holder should apply for STP
