My new favorite recipe!
Sea bream is my favourite fish. So delicious
Smooth as silk!
Wow!!
great
Thank you for the good explanation about fileting the fish. The croutons came out unfortunately soaked with oil and therefore unpleasant - if I am to make the recipe again, I might use just a hint of the oil in the pan.
I made this recipe. The best taste that I had in my entire life!

Amazing recipe, we just tried it with green onions instead of chives for the sauce and it's just outstanding. Best fish I've had in a while.
Great Chef instructor. Loved the simplicity and freshness of the ingredients. Thank you for such a great recipe. Cannot wait to put my hands on a fresh snapper!
awesome technique. ......but spot the editing error
Two people? Nah chef that's my appetizer 🤤
👌👍💯💯
If you ask me my greek pellet says the best way to grill a bream is simply olive oil, garlic salt and pepper but I'm willing to try this.

lemon and mint make this dish so fresh and exciting. I tried it today and I loved it. Sure, what you are describing is a classic and it works. But some variation can bring excitement to a familiar dish.
Any true chef knows you don't throw away the rest of the fish, you make a good fish stock or soup with it.
He really knwo how to handle fish.
he just threw half of the fish away

You could just go to a regular American grocery store and have the person who runs the seafood section do it for you.

I doubt its waste, it will go in fish soup/broth.
What a waste
this is shockingly wasteful, Chef!
