Sir convention mode me pre heat dalne k baad mera microwave wapas jab time select karte hai to wo microwave mode me chala jata hai I have the same microwave oven

Yes and smell of burning also. Is it safe or not

Same happened to me.. smoke was coming out and a burnt smell was theere. Is it normal while preheating?

Yes it is completely normal, it generally happens because of the food spills present in the microwave oven

Clean properly once in a year at least 😂

Mera cake burnt in 3 minutes on convection mode

Again after preheat, if you want your cake to be in 170 degree then you have to select again 170 or else it will be cooked at 200 preset.
