I cannot honestly believe that you are teaching on praying for only an hour! I habe literally spent several days up all night interceding for my family and my situation, only to have to get up in the morning and fight all over again. And then not getting any sleep and the little sleep i do get is interrupted by noise and nightmares and then i have to rebuke the demons attacking me in my sleep. I have been doing this for 12 years, and I am tired.

that's awesome that you know your power in the spiritual realm. i am so sorry for the oppression, i have experienced the same. from my perspective most people have never prayed for an hour and i would love to help them see that as important, which was my goal here.
