Referencing "Old Powder." I live in Alabama and we have about 98% humidity all year. I same the silica packets from work and store the power in its original bag with the air pushed out and put the bag in a jar with a few silica packets. Ive never had a problem with old powder. I just check to make sure its not clumped together.

I am rebuilding my engine on my 95 SL2 and adding 150+ HP and I was thinking of doing the value cover in the dark blue with white raised letters, I think that would look nice IMO. The metallic is even nicer. Maybe I might do that too

For that small opening, why don't you pull the diffuser tip and shoot a narrower stream/cloud in there (referring to the base coat)? Great video, BTW.

What do you use for the paint stripper that you had heating up? Also is there any paint strippers that don’t need heating ? Also I’m learning g that some valve covers are magnesium and are sensitive to some strippers and can be destroyed from sitting in certain paint strippers ? I’m newer to powder coating and am starting a small business and want to make sure to be fully educated on how to do things right
