Imho the Echo 355T is a better top saw than the Stihl 201T stock , and I am a diehard Stihl guy. I can't imagine if it was ported and a muffler upgrade how much more of a beast the 355T would be

@@Lonewolve1988 I opened up the muffler and added a pipe exhaust on a plate to replace the cheapo factory one. No grinding and also removed the limiters for a proper tune. It woke right up. Die hard Stihl fleet myself. Won't be spending 6-700 bucks on a slacker EPA 201t.

I'm the kind of person who has to dive deep into anything I do mechanically. I was a wrench for my first profession before I moved to design engineering. The wealth of information here is quite unusual to me. Like someone mentioned, uncompressed. You get to hear and "feel" the process. The tuning tips alone are such an asset. Really a great job. This is the first time I've subscribed and followed a real time development and I'm hooked!!!

Great video! Very informative! And you’re right, everyone’s got a different view on break in. Years ago when I raced bikes, we would pull the plug out, and kick them over 200 times, jet Em and race them. Never had one come apart, but I’ve learned a time since the 80s. Heat cycles mean a lot! Keep up the good work!!
