Where do you put your scientist tokens to start on the map??? At the start of the game

The app shows you where to start from what i remember
16:39 so here couldn't the cous cous be in 12 and 7. Its impamortant to me for c you b to tell me i am wrong because of i am i don't understand the game

Someone else asked this. Got it. You can't daisy chain the proximity
At 16:35 you cross out the cuscus in 7 and 8. But what if the third cuscus was in 12? Then couldn’t there still be a cuscus in 7? Just want to make sure I understand the rules. Thank you!

@kurtmjoen7581 NO. Cuscus are maximum of 2 spaces apart from BOTH OTHER CUSCUS, 7 is THREE away from 4.
