I like this one. 2023 DCI was my first. BlueCoats did an amazing performance. I sat next to David Parker on the plane back home and what a humble kind soul. He marched for Blue Coats. He has a KZread channel called Parker Percussion and i was blown away at his drumming skills. Please,if you have not, check out his channel also. Id love to see you all drum together if you have not already. Thanks again for another fun lesson.
Glad you’re posting vids again!!!

Since you’ve got tenor experience, could you break down the tenor part? I understand it’s the same thing with arounds, but I think those learning it would appreciate any tips that’ll help with learning it and cleaning it.

I may create a tenor channel in the future with lots of stuff like this but need to plan it out.

@@FreestyleRudiments I was going to ask the same. I love your channel and now knowing your background in tenors, I wouldn’t mind seeing some tenor instruction. I never marched other than high school, but was in the drumline with Peter Friedhof’s (BD tenors ‘97; I+E winner with a half point over Sean Vega) brother, Tom. We got a lot of juicy licks through that connection. I bought a Pearl snare and carboncore tenors last November and have been spending hours on them weekly and having fun. Thanks again for the instruction. I’ll buy a book or two to show my appreciation. 🤙🏼

This is probably a dumb question but what does RAM stand for? I see the term regularly but couldn't find it defined anywhere.

I think nluecoats suggest 120.. bd never did to a click and it was the 90's so it had lots of ups and downs. I think I'm this vid I was jumping between 75 and 110
