I don't see why not. Doesn't say you can't. I would, if I Had the option. Just my Opinion though. I'm still A Rookie myself.

Absolutely! In fact, since the 12 (or 2) is with the white dice in this case, multiple players could close out a row at the same time.

This kicked the crap out of the games own instructions
