For the record, I'm not one of the guys who said they were bad XD Good summary tho. You are right that they are real good as ally options. My current favourite is the Strength boosted Questor Knight Relictor for that S5 shooting goodness.

The 3 Questor Hammers list idea is actually a good idea, they gotta quickly bash as much as they can, I gotta test and see if they can go through those horde warbands. Truly one of the most interesting warband, yes...

Hey man, thanks for the video, that's so much useful information when starting warcry. I was wondering if it was worth it to add an annihilator prime with meteoric hammer instead of the one with the spear on your first list? The dude slaps hard and the Quad he comes up with is a great addition to the max damage the warband could do (also one of the few units to be able to go duel a very tough opponent with his toughness 7 and 25 wounds). What do you think?

That would be a great addition. Annihilator Primes are very good. He will be a great piece to use Thundering Strides on too!

@@wargamesontoast yeah that's what i thought too, the biggest downside of this dude is his relative slow movement. I'll try him and see how it goes, it's for a narrative campaign with friends though so i might take him out if the dude is a little too oppressive XD.

@johangrenier6016 slow movement is heavily offset in Questor, which is wonderful. Let me know how the campaign goes!

Appreciate that face me cowards raw does what you said, but to me seems like an oversight, whether it will get changed who knows, but based the rest of the game, doesn't seem like it should endure.

I suspect it will get changed, but with precedent of abilities lasting all game (and even between turns now with the Cardinal in FEC), all we really have is RAW. As a side note I forgot to put in the video - Face Me Cowards used each turn as a Triple is also EXCELLENT. I’ve used it that way most of my time with Questor ;)

@@wargamesontoast so would you say, in your toasty opinion, it would be fairer, in friendly games at one's FLGS, to play this ability as if it had the "until the end of the battle round" phrase written in?

@stevenbean297 I would always play on the side of caution and fun, so in the case of something this “gamey”, I would absolutely suggest using it with “battle round” ending. The best part is, this ability is amazing with or without infinite timer!

Stop making me want Questors again! Love their models, they seem great, fun to play against and I have never noticed the duellist (by far one of my favourite just because I love dual wielding) ability does not specify that the movement disruption doesn't end but whether intentional or not the duellist sounds like the bane of warbands like Huanchi and Wildercorps. Also sounds fun to have the duellist mixed with Calthia causing a zone of "you can't escape from the incoming pain" or even an Akhelian King to stop people from running away from them while giving a cheeky free turn to the king the next turn if the duellist dies. Also nice to hear Grandblade getting some love over axe. Whether it were better or worse I can't refuse a greatsword over an axe. May be playing against them next week so this is going to be very useful for tips and tricks for my opponent as it is his second time playing them :)

The Questor are wonderfully fun and with a bit cunning, you can do some great things. Because they are so interactive, even a crushing defeat ends up being a joyous experience :) Also, geet-big swords are awesome

Wait, you can add stats with your remaining points? I did not see that in the core book.

It was added in a White Dwarf! Here’s the link to the Warcrier page that goes over it :) They are optional but have become incredibly popular in Matched Play/Competitive as they allow for greater list customisation :) warcrier.net/docs/rules/optional-rules/#divine-blessings
