Tbh Tier 3 should already be enough, make it still work occasionally when you go for a 3 drop 😂 but it's really fun indeed

The should just move the spells up and down the tavern tier. Right now tavern 2 is literally just economy spells, so you’re basically guaranteed an economy spell after every roll with lubber(s) if you’re in t2.

I always play on my ipad and once my hands were a little wet, it messed up the touch screen and i accidentally reno'd a micro mummy on turn 1 AND accidentally sold it immediately after. just conceded

My best lubber game was on Rokkara playing mechs. I scaled magnetize mechs in my hand using the divine shield mech from tier 2 and I wrecked the lobby without having to tier up.

I had 3 seizures and 2 strokes while watching this video, worth it! Also keep releasing your high rolls! It's great to see the best HSBG player in action

Great video! One thing im wondering is how often youre supposed to buy strike oils, as my first thought would be to buy it every time, but both you and dogdog skip out on it sometimes. How greedy is one allowed to be?

the general gameplan is usual board strength-> overconfidence/careful to get 30ish gold -> strike comfortably, but you're probably still allowed to buy them sometimes earlier on, as long as you're not sacrificing too much tempo.

I got a Spicy Pretzel Mustard with Rokara doing Bejeweled Duelist and Lubber, then transitioning into Felbat with Chromie (Nozdormu buddy) and rolling all my spare gold away. Was very impressed it worked but also no murlocs or demons in the lobby to scam me out

did you try the dragons on tier 5?

Tried Lubber strat a few times but you basically need a perfect setup for it to work. You need Lubber + Rewinder early, you need a heropower or other minions that scale while you're doing nothing but buying spells and refreshing and you need to hit the good economy spells early (overconfidence is mostly useless as you will rarely win fights unless you rolled perfectly) and you need to hit a scout AND get something insanely good when you sell him cause otherwise you just die to anyone playing normally. In 9/10 cases it's not worth it imho.

I think you brought awesome points, not forceable and requires key units, besides lubber, to work. ~Also I don't think the problem is lubber, but the spells... some of them needs to go high tier...

you need the refresh elemental and give it 2 times +4 attack and by the time everyone has scam you need your full shenanigans but in earlygame a 11/40 gives you at least 3 turn before you get demolished if you don’t pull of some hero shenanigans edit: the order in my opinion is luber and the refresh taunt is top priority after that it’s an early scout and then it’s the demon dude i always take the 3 dmg till 16 health this is a win the game or die trying comp anyway

Tried it. Forced it. 3x top 8. -300. xDD I abandoned tempo and hardly rush Lubber. My mistake, gonna try it later with some upgrades. :)

because this works only once every full moon most of the time you can just instant concede if you don’t hit a key 4 drop with the golden scout the elemental or the pirate etc can pull it of with sI but thats still not enough to win maybe top 4
