Ive had no issues with just googling the game name followed by ps2 iso. But keep popup blocker and virus protection on if your worried. emuparadise is good
To play the games you have to let the usb conected at all times? Or there is a way to save the roms on the internal xbox memory?

You can send games to the console over ftp. The ftp setup is in part 2. Though I suggest usb
I can’t find that D:\ file or whatever it is and do you have to have a pc and set up files?

D is the usb drive
Maybe you should redo the video since the website is different now and since you can't download files to Edge on the Xbox anymore

Also do rom hacks work or is it only the stand alone games that work

Rom and iso hacks work. You can even play online on some games with a bit of a google search 😉
