Playing fast is something a lot guitar players want to do. So how do you do it? Needless to say, you need a lot of practice time, but WHAT should you practice?
In this lesson, you will learn some common blues rock "runs". You can view these as building blocks for creating your own licks and phrases. The techniques I present in this video will be very useful for guitar players who want to build speed into their solos.
- Intro 00:00
- Pull-off technique 01:50
- Lick 1: 02:07
- Lick 2: 05:04
- Lick 3: 05:54
- Lick 4: 07:18
- Lick 5: 08:02
- Lick 6: 09:02
- Lick 7: 09:37

Agreed, the overhead angle is much better, the front view can get confusing and often obscures which string/fret is being played.
