I was always the D&D player, so my perspective is perhaps different from yours, but as I recall (and as the other person mentioned), the stereotype was that D&D players were losers, not that we had no friends. You couldn't say we had no friends, because we were playing D&D with other people (who were also "losers", obviously), and since the internet wasn't really a thing at the time, you were most likely playing with people that lived nearby, which means you probably went to the same school, so you were likely hanging out with that same group at school as well, and your conversation topics were usually going to include D&D, Star Wars, Star Trek, comic books and other nerd culture things that were generally viewed with some level of negativity back in the 80's and 90's before gaining popularity in the 2000's. The show Stranger Things pretty much hit the nail on the head with the representation (just watch the first 2 episodes).

@@NovaStorm0506 Same, I also figured out that the wall he was facing is the White one, which should be more than enough to create an accurate layout of that room by checking other clips and using some deductive reasoning. For instance, the wall with the wood wallpaper should be back and to our right in that scene we can see that the stone wallpaper is front and left. By checking through the video it's also easy to tell that this was all shot in the same room so figuring out the layout should be very easy, even down to roughly accurate dimensions. And now may the paranoia intensify! Edit: On second inspection it looks like his wife is holding the camera and filming it, there's definately a human silhouette being reflected in Duke's eyes and someone has to be actively using the camera since it zooms in and out during that sequence.

Been using WorldAnvil for a bit now, after my previous campaign documents disappeared. So, having to start over, thought I might as well try it. Still some getting used to, but the linking between pages is really nice.

Duke you did an amazing job! Quick question, I am sure you have answered this before but I had to ask, how did you get the white spot in your hair? I think it looks cool and was just curious if there was a story behind it. I love your content!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Well done. Great skit. I am severely unnerved. You now have two copies of the emotionally distraught model. I do wish that the turning back to the "new player" was also at the beginning, wouldn't have had to show the change eof facial appearance at the beginning, but it would have made it just that much more terrifying for the loop to be pristine.
