All over Black Mountain.... Great Lesson, a lot to chew on. I also am hearing a lot of the Keith Richards slide rendition of the Reverend Gary Davis song "You Gotta Move." Possible?
Great lesson! Do you think you could do old friend by the Allman brothers, I cant find a proper lesson for it anywhere!
Institute.. great lesson,the slide promo info was good, slides are difficult to play especially if they don't fit right,that should help your students, myself I use a small Rock Slide on my pinky thy have that tapered inside thing a ma-jig going on..

Thanks! I used a Rock Slide for a few years and loved it. I have the Ariel Posen signature one and liked how light it was, but now I’m digging the tone of some extra heft. Thanks for the comment and hope you have a great day!
🧟♂️ awesome scary good
For next lesson do you think you can do screamin and hollerin the blues by charley patton?
@BluesGuitarInstitute

Maybe! That’s a great one and I’ve been wanting to do a Patton tune. Thanks for the suggestion. Cheers!
How do you prefer the set on that type guitar, and how often do you play slide it sounds very authentic to the original. When Dulaney & Bonnie did that did Duane Allman do the slide stuff or do you know? Regardless great tutorial on one coolest blues tunes to ever be recorded.

I have this guitar setup with basically the same action as my acoustic guitars. I tend to play a mix of fretted and slide notes when ever I'm playing my resonators so I keep the action fairly low. I play this thing regularly. And I'm sorry, but I'm not understanding your Dulaney & Bonnie question. Cheers!
What tuning plz high to low?
@BluesGuitarInstitute

Hey Teresa, I talk about the tuning here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/eoNtqauvcd2XaKQ.html I'm tuned to open A (typically written low to high which is EAEAC#E) but played with a capo on the 1st fret.
Can we use any robe we can get or there is another created for that purpose,what is its name?

@@kanamugirechristian9527 if you mean the slide, it's called a black mountain slide and there is a link to the product in the description. If you mean the thing on the neck, that's my Paige Capo.

@@BluesGuitarInstitute sure I was meaning the slide thank you big time❤️🥰
Don.t tune up to E chord because you’ll just break your strings and have to buy more , ignore this man

you have to listen to your guitar. my guitar handles it just fine. I believe I mentioned this in the video. for anyone that doesn't want to tune up, just use a capo. but that makes some of the higher notes in this song harder to access. it's a trade off.
only person on youtube that teaches this correctly
