there are servers, you have to change the ping number from 100 to 500 from example and quite a lot of options will appear

oh shit and this is recent too! Yeah a lot of the servers i find are either private, 600 ping or filled to the brim with exploiters so been looking for this for a while, thanks for making this

Can OverWatch or epoch also be installed along with the single player mod?

are there vehicles and weapons available in random locations? and the zombies chase you all over the map even if you move away? because last year I installed a dayz offline mod, and I don't remember if it was one of the ones you mention in the video, but the problem they had was that there were no vehicles or weapons on the map, and I had to spawn them myself from a menu , which detracted from the survival element of the game

i dont think you could. the best you can probably do, is look into what modding is allowed for nitrado servers. to host a dayz xbox server you HAVE to use nitrado, its absolutely ridiculous. However, they did allow more modding support for it recently (but this may just be mission files, rather than edited maps but check it out)

Guys help! Playing mission chernarus v. 0.42 I can’t find any transport! In some periods I see message with error script z/addons/dayz_code/compile/object_spawnDamVehicle.sqf not found It’s no transport at all map and bots running without guns

Do I need to purchase Arma 2: Army of the Czech Republic?

I think that this version has no craft, meaning no stashes and other stuff like sepsis bandages..

How do i make a online dayz mod server?

Hello from 2023! Unfortunately, despite your helpful video and the detailed instructions by kodabar, the DaiZy mod only works correctly when I "restart" a new game - when I try to "resume" a game, I get the message "You cannot edit/play this mission; it is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted.ca missions.acr, woodland_acr, bootcamp.acr, mountains.act". I love this original mod and would be indebted if some help was provided.

I had similar issue just a few days ago. I uninstalled all the Arma 2 games and DLC since I had them on a different drive than C, then installed them to the default Steam library in the C Program files directory and it worked. I think the DLC is set to install by default in the C drive and I haven't found a way to change that. Try putting everything on the C drive and try that

@@Synthetikgreed thank you for your response. In fact, what I was doing wrong is trying to resume a game with a different set of mods! I was careful to SAVE and then RESUME a game with the very same set of mods, and it worked perfectly.

Im haveing trouble loading in to my saved game. It says cannot play edit this Mission it is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted missions a CR Woodland ACR bootcamp ACR mountains a ACR please help me!?

I don't understand why there wasn't a single player mode for Arma 2: Day Z considering the multiplayer has moved on from the mod to the actual DayZ game released by Bohemia Interactive, counting it as a standalone sucessor to the mod.

simple answer is massive lack of intrest due to low player base, lack of funding in reguards to benifits overall, and the game is over 12 years old so was not developed with that in mind

why if I want to save the Dayz game it can't be saved and it says "deleted.ca_communityconfigurationproject_e"
