Sweet lesson but the editing to the strumming hand with no changes throws it off a bit because there's no reason to go back when trying to follow along the chord progression.

There was no 5th Beatle! I always knew this. Americans inject the notion that The Beatles couldn't of made all their music without George Martin writing parts for them for some reason. The Beatles wrote their music and George Martin Produced them making them sound truly amazing and that's all! The Beatles got really lucky to have George Martin accepting them.

@@Acujeremy Of course. That's what a producer does. Remember George martin Produced lot's of groups but did they have songs anything as good as the Beatles?

But he worked with The Beatles to create the unique sound they developed in the later years and helped them do what they wanted to do, create the sounds they wanted to create. He was not just a guy that pushed buttons. The Beatles were doing tons of musical experimentations and he was helping them.

@@Acujeremy Like I said that was his job as a producer. That is the producers job along with the technician. The composers don't usually need to know how to record and understand the technical details. However they learned so much and it was their ideas to start looping and creating all the sounds that had never been heard before in song format.

Wow, I can't believe it. Although in an interview GM said the "aaah" was one of Paul's vocal tracks (because it IS Paul singing them), he claims it is JOHN doing them in THIS interview! And although the "strange falsetto" in the background is very, very obviously John (compare to the end of "Sexy Sadie"!), he claims here that it is Paul doing those! What a disappointment! Did he read and believe Emerick's fairy-tale story or what got him confused here?! Very sad, to see him making this mistake. I lost a lot of respect for him here. EDIT: Indeed it was NOT Giles who said it was Paul, it was Sam Okell, the mixer. Giles Martin obviously failed a very basic Beatles-test. Shame!

@@michellehunter355 If that's true I've lost ALL respect for Giles Martin. EDIT: You were right, it's a very long interview and changes between Sam and Giles and I lost track, obviously. So, I DID lose all respect for him!

Because he is a super cool guy and he was there as a youngster and he earned his stripes and we may never have opportunity to know these stories.
