This is turning into a really fun series. Would you consider doing one for Necromunda? I know it's a bit more niche but as a newer player I have really struggled to find any clear, well presented "how to play" vids for Necro. Lots of playthroughs were you see a game but no one seems to be doing a rule by rule guide video, and when there are SO many rules to remember (and they are scattered over multiple books) it would be great to have an on-hand resource like that. Maybe a series of the general rules and mechanics, then a run of gang specific ones and then a series on campaign specific stuff like taking territories, reputation, alliances etc

I have spoken to Frau Spieler about this and we are going to do it. Take a little planning on breaking it into digestible chunks - but I think we would have the first how to play in a couple of weeks. Make sure you push that like button when it comes out!

@@DasSpielKanal Brilliant. I've no experience with 40k so sometimes just reading the rules with no context they don't stick in my brain. I think there's a lot of assumption that people will just know what a term means or how a mechanic works, in some of the rule books they say things like "do a so-and-so check" but how to do that check is in a completely different part of the book or even a different book sometimes! Actually watching these things happen and hearing them explained can be really helpful. Also while I'm moaning about iffy rules, who decided simple and basic were distinct enough terms for actions?! Those words are completely interchangeable to me so I always struggle to remember which one you can do once and which one you can do twice. Basic (uses one action and can be done twice), Complex (uses one action but can only be done once) and something like Exhausting (uses two actions) might have been clearer.

I recorded this and was completely not happy with it and am redoing it. Hoping to rerecord within the next few days :) After a basics we will look at a vehicle one as well!
