You have to get that narc out of your life. I started having anxiety attacks. Never ever had that happen before. Now that I’m narc free I’m never better.

@@deejames1st it is all dependent on each person but possibly 4-6 months. I had triggers for a while. Certain things would evoke anxiety attacks. Kinda like pTSD.

Good thing you found Rebecca Zung. I am emotional drained by the verbal attacks too. Listen to more of her videos and Dr. Ramani. There is a video they did together. This is how I found Rebecca Zung. It is hard. But I feel more confident. I'm still in the process to thrive but it is really hard. There are too many flying monkeys in my life. So you need to gather a support group. It is the hardest thing when the only one you 100% trust is the narcissist and tries to turn people against you. It does make him look bad. But you are not alone even though it feels like it.

I told my narc, if we cannot have a conversation where name calling and degrading each other is off the table, I am done with the conversation. Needless to say he ended the conversation with name calling, but I was glad it was over because all I was getting was feeling like garbage while interacting with him. He is my brother.

when Rebecca feels powerless after I returned her program, Rebecca fought back and billed $295,000 for 7 months when the testimony was found incompetent. The SLAY coach's assistant revealed the SLAY coach was to support the other side and tell them what was going on to so they could retaliate. That's Rebecca. Remember, she's still a Laawyer.
