Hello Dear I hope doing well I watched most of video on KZread about Graphpad prism; and it’s helpful for me, but I am confused about of correlation. When I use Pearson or Spearman correlation. I read more about pearson (parametric) and spearman (nonparametric), but when I will do the test, really I am confused which one i use. I am waiting for your answers. Thanks Abdullah MSc student

Thank you, should i use pearson r or R² for my interpretation? for exemple (R²= 0.28 ,r = 0.53, p=0.27) im confused

Hi , I am wondering if this method is a good statistical method to compare to measuring methods within the same population?
