How you do #1 n 2 in sleeping bag?

why was it in my recommended tab ? xD but we all did this at some point ppl say nasty but its hard to get out of bed in a house to go pee they dont know what its like in freezing temperature XD

If you leave a little bit of Gatorade in the bottle, the pee turns that color. ...or so I'm told.

As an older guy that has to pee at least 2x during the night, I've mastered this by being VERY deliberate and careful, being mindful of gravity and the position of the bottle so you don't lift it parallel to the ground and have a disaster. This can make the difference between losing a lot of heat on very cold nights too. You can store it until morning then dump it away from your shelter, or you can reach out as far as you can and just disperse it on the ground. I wish I knew this trick when I was younger! Sorry ladies, can't help ya on this one!

Pooing in a sleaping bag is even easier. The clean up is the hard part. O just poo. Shower then use a new sleaping bag. Yup!
