I had this exact same experience when I took it the first time and I was so confused to because I had passed everything with flying colors for the pre-licensing courses.

102 questions right the first try, bruh I would've been beating myself up for coming so close. I appreciate all this great info!

@@Jhappiness586 During my time, I subscribed for the questions and answers and paid $500. Then completed my payment of $500 to her after my result. I only studied the questions and answers she provided me for few days, and was shocked to see the same questions she provided me on the day of my exam.

Justin I didnt know there was a candidate handbook for Ga too do you know what it means on it by recall recognition 3 application/analysis 3 and so on

Yesterday I took a 2 hour drive to fail by 2 questions😕. This video explained EXACTLY what I did, and what I should do next, thanks! I think I became a little overconfident because I understood the practice exams on my course. And Justin I’d love for you and I to talk sometime, to exchange ideas/minds. Hopefully it could be beneficial and productive for the both of us, hope you have a nice one!

I recently passed the national portion of the exam but failed the Pennsylvania state portion. Luckily in my state, I just have to retake the state portion and not the whole thing.

Oh nice! I had no idea that you could take the national and state portions separately, but congrats on passing the national portion! If you can, I'd suggest getting a Pennsylvania specific prep book. Using extra resources like textbooks really helped me. Good luck on your real estate journey! Let me know when you pass your state exam :)

@@JustinLeeInc Yeah, I was thinking about getting a prep book. It's only 30 questions and I'm pretty sure the questions don't change but I don't want to keep paying the test center $50 haha

Very Well Done! Very Informative as well. It has been years for me as I went to real estate school in 1999. I worked in the industry for several years and stoped.Now I have to take the exame over again and I am super nervous. My test is coming up in 2 weeks. I am in georgia as well so Thanks for breaking down everything it has helped me out a lot.

Hey Jamarr! I'm pretty sure there are state specific material out there but I couldn't recommend you any as I haven't seen or used any. How did you do?

The problem with this is- There is a database of questions, every test taker has different questions. How can you study any one booklet of questions. Just my opinion.

Hi @Theresa! I totally understand where you're coming from. Now of course the exam prep book didn't have the exact same questions as the exam but the format was very similar. Especially the wording of the questions, which helped the most. For studying purposes, I used the Georgia Real Estate Handbook to narrow down my studying for the most important topics first.
