I have a Principles of RE I exam. Is this proper? Im in TX. How long is this test and what is score needed to pass? Then, will I have another test with each following section? Principles of RE II, etc…?
Hey Justin, quick question! I'm freaking out a bit, because I just passed my Aceable final exam, but they've locked me out of the course so I cannot go back and study things for the final exam! Since it's the Holidays, I was planning on taking the test somewhere in the first week of January. If I can't go back on my study resources, there's no way I'm going to remember all of this and pass. Are they going to unlock it once my test results are reviewed by a real person?

The courses listed on website say they have practice questions, i know your video is 2yrs old, did they not have practice questions then? The basic course has prep questions and all the other levels have a 100 page real estate exam prep e-book.

I used some Kaplan, some AceableAgent and read a lil oncourse learning . I did 3 real estate exam scholar and my result came back failed
My friend made it with his help.
I made it through him too, he works with the National association of realtors(NAR) as an I.T engineer for the board data base.

At first, I read all this like an original story until I contacted Mr Willard myself and passed before i believe in his works.

Hey guys! I have a super pressing question. Ive seen that this course does not expire but I've seen some things saying you have to have everything completed within a year including passing the final exam. I feel somewhat devieved because everything I had read said that it does not expire yet now my platform is saying I must complete everything by a certain date. Any input would help. I am so anxious and confused with the communication from aceable agent for Texas.

You're making a BIG mistake if you don't use Etsy & Chairish. Sadly, if you're furnishing 20 units at a time -- or something of that magnitude -- then you'll probably need to buy newly manufactured furniture. I'm confused as I bought the course and the app is completely useless. All it did was take me to a pdf to download, which I thought was just going to be used for reference... but nope, that 600 page book is the whole Principles course. No modules or sections on the app to go through and keep track, just a pdf to lull through each time I want to study. Such a ripoff!
Hey Great Video! I was not sure of all the resources available from this purchase! so thank you! I just bought Aceable for Texas without knowing it was 180 hours of classes lol. I saw 30 hours... but there were six 30 hour courses needed to satisfy this requirement! Anyway! reason I am commenting is because Aceable sent me a coupon because I signed up but did not purchase the product. within 24 hours, I received a code for 40 percent off any course. I am sure this is for everyone. but it expires end of February. I believe the code was Feb40 or February40. Good luck guys! I would buy it just to have it at a discounted price. its at your own pace which is what really sold me on it!
