Hi Julia, thank you for the tips! And, are you sure I can re apply with other email? After I got rejected? Last november I applied after a straight invitation from Etihad airways, did my two online interviews, got to the assessment stage with other 25 people. Everything seemed well, and I didn't passed that, a week later I was rejected. That was my doubt 🧐

Just make sure u first do research on how to explain them remember u have less min so don’t talk much but be professional They usually give you an option of trial then after u can record and submit

Yes you can mention restaurant name on your cv no problem Don’t say you don’t have experience of customer service cause it will give u a low chance ,just do a proper research of a customer service job and be confident enough during your interview

Actually,my mother died in 2019 after that ,im the eldest daughter ,and because of pandemic my father lost his job, so my mother in between 2015 to 16 she opened a food stoll and after her i am running it til now, i couldn't go farther for my job because, of my family issues and no one was there to take care of my father,soo can i mention about my work like i run a food stool?
