How to Pan for GOLD like a GEOLOGIST!!
Learn how to pan for gold from a geologist!! In this video, I go over the basics of how to pan for placer gold. This type of panning is called sample panning and is quick and easy to learn. Once you learn the basics of gold panning you can take your pan to any waterway and see if you can find placer gold!!
I use this type of sample panning more than any other. It is said that in prospecting and mining for gold, it begins and ends with a pan. Well, sample panning is the beginning of how you prospect for deposits of gold that may be worth eventually mining.

Lol. The panning demo was in Pa. The example clips after were in Va. Figured I needed to show some gold.
