How do you know when everything is charged when plunged in?,I'm thinking of buying this for my dog,when on a tie out in the front yard she tries to go after everything and

I just got this collar for 2 dogs and one of the collar it’s not vibrating, does every other feature but vibrate, the first collar it’s working just fine

My collars blink when they're charging but not when unplugged and the power button is pressed. The units are fairly new (4-5 months)

Can you guy explain why the shock button doesn’t work? 1st one I bought worked but then went out, I just ordered a whole new one again a week ago and shock button doesn’t work at all, I’m ready to send it back for a refund. The intent isn’t to hurt my pup, but he’s a 9 month Great Dane who pounces a bit much.
