Outstanding achievement. I am new to procreate and have never dreamed of attempting this level of photorealism. I'm certain to achieve this level of photorealism has required many hours of discipline, practice and patience. Very few artists share their process is such a concise way. I really enjoyed your video. Thank you for sharing! With you permission Im going to attempt to replicate your process just for my own education. Would you be willing to critique and provide feed back with my finished product? I would be willing to pay you for your time and feedback as a way of saying thanks. I agree with everyone comments, you would be well supported on patreon particularly if you provide even more detail to your instruction and process. One question, when you use the smudge tool which brush do you use in that mode....soft airbursh or the same tumar brush. Do you use half or full opacity with the smudge tool? I have had some difficulty with it blending to much or not enough at times.

@@michaelb4444 yes, you're absolutely right. It needs a lot of patience and takes a lot of practice. I am grateful for your kind words. Though it may seem I'm already good at what I do, I still do fail a lot of times (that makes me happy). It only means that I still have plenty of time to learn - to have fun. 🙂 There's no definite procedure for blending or using the smudge tool, but having the opacity at 50% is a good start. You may need to adjust every now and then depending on the amount of effect you desire. In this process, the soft airbrush works best most of the time. As for the Patreon side of things, it's always in my consideration - a foresight as and when my schedule permits. I will definitely give you guys here a headsup when it's available. 👍
You need to add more tutorials, some basic friendly ones would also garner you more audience. A talent like this deserves to be known everywhere. Good luck

Wow man! This is what I’ve been looking for! A time lapse tutorial of a Procreate using all the built-in brushes. I think I will remove my downloaded brushes. Lol! Is this what they say Photoshop is much better than PROCREATE? NO! I would disagree. It depends on the artist’s hands and techniques! It looks like a photo in HD… amazing. Do you do tutorials on layering? I simply have no idea how to use them and anything I paint is on the same layer. Probably why they look so bad 😬
@silvercoloredlens

Thank you. 🙏 I haven't specifically done a tutorial for layering but I do have a video: How to Paint Skin in Procreate - this video shows the layers that I used and their corresponding blending modes. I also try to paint on the same layer (just one layer), which mimics the usual painting process. Both works. One of the advantages that I can see with using layers is the flexibility for corrections or additions. 🙂

@silvercoloredlens

I always view art as a never ending masterpiece. I either stop at a certain point (usually when I get bored) and move on to the next one or keep adding more details here and there (that's probably why some artists take years to make their art pieces). I can't truly say that this is the case for everyone, but it's how I perceive making any type of art. Hope that helps. 🙂
