Thanks Cinnamon, that makes it seem so much easier than when I watch you use heavybody paint and it goes on like butter..I use liquitex basics and always have trouble getting the same results as you get, but can't justify changing until I use what I have up..Thanks again

I absolutely love this! Thank you so much for sharing this since I teach acrylic painting for the community art center once a month and the materials are extremely low budget. Some of the brushes are old, etc., and I have to find ways in using the same materials so that the class can replicate the painting with what is provided. There are primarily basic colors, so there's a lot of color mixing as well as figuring out how to get the best results with 3 different brushes per person. It's a lot of fun and definitely a learning experience for myself as well.

Cinnamon thank you SO much for these videos with all the tips. Especially for basic low cost paint and fur! I'd love to see a series about brush strokes If you ever have time. Your grass, especially. I've watched you do it - no joke- at least 200 times but I cannot make mine look as good as yours. Thanks again these vids are terrific as always!! ❤️

Cinnamon, can you be more specific about the brush you are using to make those nice Streaks. I love the way the strokes look like fur. Thanks!

I think they are just plain cheap bristle brushes. They tend to be that streaky. The white synthetic looks like the silverbrush limited set I picked up once at ross.

How do you make really short fur? I have short haired dogs so their fur doesn't clump. I love this video BTW, it really helped with longer fur.
