How to paint a valve cover (Wrinkle Black)

This is a quick DIY on how to paint most engine valve covers / rocker covers.
I’ve added a few previous covers I’ve painted before.
It’s really straight forward you can skip the paint stripping part if your cover isn’t painted to engine with.
Really simple and satisfying project to do.
This is on a BMW e30 m10 valve cover for my BMW 2002
Paint used is VHT Wrinkle Plus
*Forgot to mention to wear the appropriate safety gear in the video like gloves, spectacles (glasses) and mask.

31acruz you can use primer if you like but I have found with this wrinkle paint the finish looks nicer without primer. The valve cover still looks the same now and paint has not flaked or chipped. I have another cover on my car paint the same way 3 years ago and it still looks the same.
