John, Please never change your format, your background music, your style, your relaxed approach, and the almost whisper as you teach. It is all perfect. I feel relaxed and ready to learn. There is no stress or shame. Also thank you for not speeding through the strokes. Artists on KZread often do this but it’s the most important aspect when learning. You are awesome and thank you for this content.

I used to do oil paintings also but I found acrylic painting more satisfying because of the disposal of oils you don't have to worry about your trash can catching on fire LOL

This is the best tutorial I have seen. I strugle with skin tone, and seeing your pallet next to your painting, how you mix and blend your colors, has been a breakthrouw for me. None of my art teaches ever did a demonstration like this. Thank you so much for sharing your talent. Please keep teaching us, and God bless you.

John this is incredible! I haven't seen anyone else on KZread paint faces realistically in Acrylics than you. Pls start a series on how to paint realistic faces/portraits, showing us each part of face in sections. And it would be very helpful if you could provide your inspirational pic pls. 1:09.58 and you had just made a mark on the inside corner of her eye and that little touch made a world of difference from a picture perfect painting into a realistic picture perfect painting. I thank you.
