How to Overcome Your Addiction to Self-Pity

For the longest time, when I was dealing with obstacles along my path to success, they would weigh on me so much. I would constantly struggle with feeling like I needed to be better. I came to the realization that this conclusion I would come to was just an addiction in itself. Self-pity is an addiction.
In this video, I go over this topic and why wallowing in self-pity can be so destructive. I also go over some ways that you can get rid of this bad habit in your life and set yourself free from this pattern of living. Thank you for watching.

Mistakes are necessary to level up❤. If everything always came easy, we would learn nothing. Too many younger ppl expect results immediately and to have instant gratification (thanks internet🙄), and when it doesn't happen when they want or the way they want, they crumble. We have to teach the younger ones to be more resilient and teach them how to turn mistakes into progress and eventually sucess. Yes, the younger generation embracing their disabilities and weaknesses has now become a whole embodiemnt of them, and it leaves ppl stagnant. It's ok to acknowledge hardship without the pity party and the loss of momentum. Life IS hard, so kick it in the face and push on.

@@breezeh1127 Exactly 💯 Literally couldn’t have said it any better. The mistakes are going to come on a consistent basis, and like you said, the key is not letting it become your identity. Just shrug it off, and take a step. I appreciate you sharing the message 🙏🏼
