I cant even go to bathroom and properly sit any places because they sometimes suddenly appears.This fear is killing my life from my childhood i hate them no this fear is ruining my life 😭

Im 30 year old man.. I usually do not fear lizard when they are away but it literally give me shock when they are near me.. Looks like im going to die by heart attack after lizard falling onto me 😭

For my case it's fear. My heartbeat get raised and I literally start crying, it's probably because of the incidents, once I killed a lizard it was on door and I closed it, it died really painfully because of me, I just ran away. Once I was in the bathroom I closed the door and a big garden lizard from nowhere came in front of me and believe me I was screaming and crying like hell, it went outside through some hole after few minutes. Once a lizard died in a tub and I touched that water and after that only I on the bulb afterwards I cried for about 30 min on terrace. I still check that door to see if there's something and I still can't get inside that bathroom without fully checking it. I can't count how many times I have been embarrassed because of this. Even at school, I once skipped 2 periods just because there were lizards nearby in the classroom and I got really scared, haha, kids were laughing but only I know how it gives me shivers. Its pretty dumb but I can't help it. I don't hate lizards but I just can't .

Its an anxiety e.g:When we see them we feel they will enter our body and their body makes us feel wierd and you are right aren't afraid.

If anyone says that lizards are cute, they automatically become my enemy. Of course you wouldn't understand, only a lizard hater can understand another lizard hater- like me. I understand that feeling of screaming on top of my lungs and getting a heart attack! It may seem unreasonable but God it is hell disgusting, just don't want them dead, that's even more disgusting , just stay away from me you creepy crawly things!

I just killed a baby lizard... I do not like the feeling of something being somewhere without my attention, especially when I'm my most vulnerable like the restroom. It made me jolt... I'm a 26 year old man. I'm not the hard type of masculinity but I try to figure out why, I hate being scared or intimidated even by the slightest of things. I'm on my way to opening my 3rd eye, through meditation and excersize; I was 436lbs 4 years ago and now I'm 175lbs. I wanna evolve in mindset, outlook and perception.

Very interesting. I look for the answer to fear and this person tells me that I am the fear. He answered the question. He’s telling us that the lizard 🦎 is just lizard. The lizard is not threatening or dangerous. Lizard does not want to hurt you, lizard is preoccupied with lizard things. So if lizard is innocent and pure in his intention and desire to just BE then I have been afraid of these animals and have even hurt them for no reason other than my own fears. That’s a very beautiful message. I feel like a part of me has broken free.

How to overcome fear of lizard😭😭

Please help me meet somebody who can eat up or shoo away all the lizards of my house. My God, you are talking about falling lizards, ewww it is a serious phobia named herpetophobia, I feel so helpless and cry whenever it falls on me . I felt so scared and disgusted 😪 😞 😔 and Guruji it may seem silly to you but it haunts me !! I don't think that I'll ever get over herpetophobia

I love lizards they eat bugs.. and one actually saved me 15% on my car insurance
