This and marketing for the now its wild for the guests that Gary has on there and we just get to watch it, and attain the value for free! thats literally boardroom meetings that back in the day only a few people could get into. Gary is unmatched with providing value.
Only 10 minutes in and this definitely resonates with me. I own a Junk Removal company and its very similar to moving so not only do the lessons Gary mention apply in general but also I am in a similar industry. I think my major challenge right now is I am doing everything as well, I now own 2 vehicles and it honestly terrifies me to give someone the responsibility of engaging with a customer from start to finish. I think the selfishness Gary mentions applies to me as well and I will continuing watching this video to learn more about how I can overcome it.
1. Let's not be afraid to hire someone to replace us. Offer equity for someone to run the business and run it better than us. 2. Look for arbitrage on paying someone else to bring in more. 3. Streamline what you do, take all advantages, and create an event. (events deck)
Gary is the business whisperer.

He always shows the root cause of many problems for business
Wow this came in at the perfect time!!! My dad is a small business owner and is tired of doing taxes day in and day out for the last 30 years. ive been telling him that he needs to hire someone almost as good as him and pay them $120k a year but he refuses to pay someone that much. SMB owners have such scarcity mindset.

It happened to me too where I could have hired someone once I started making money but instead I just kept doing everything myself until I was burnt too. I had to reprogram my mindset

@@JessicaAnhDao Yea the problem I realized is that people stop learning. Jamie Dimon the CEO of chase spends 50% of his time learning and yet SMB owners are some of the most arrogant people. If you arent learning it means you think you know it all and the only way to get to the next level is with new information.

Haha it is true.
Really needed this! Thank you!!
It is honestly insane how people will take their time to reach out to Gary, with the aim of hanging off his every word and then saying ‘yeah but..’ to everything he says about their business.

Love you gary

I FUCKING LOVE 4DS
@7:12 maybe the wrong person, or alternatively you have to be able to let them fail, and give feedback otherwise you are still making the decisions you aren't delegating. If you trained them for 6 months but they couldn't follow the phone script, that's not great. But it's also not great if the parameters and the script weren't there.
Gary i am a mbbs doctor. But i dont know how to make use of myself. You have any meaningfull suggestions for me ?

Gary I really need some expertise like yours right now.
How do you get a call like this ?
How do you love if you’re not taking a salary? I hear a lot of business owners say this but how is that possible? Are they classifying their living needs as a business expense?

Hi!If I am the daugther of the owners (26 years and a half 😂), which is 95% father 5% aunt and grandmother, Could be wise to ask for 15% (been 2 years Crushing it in the best way) in a contract to 1 year? Like is that or start something else because I am falling short of challenges, meaning usd1000 a month being CEO of a límited society company. This video helped me to order my situation thank you, Gary

Hey Gary 👋 Question I am working on a business but at 48, 4 kids, single mom I can't afford to make a wrong move on this. But I would like to try and start now being that i just got furloughed. Your a beautiful light keep shining ✨️. Thank you for everything you do.
they should hire 2 people at least for the sales / calls.. run them against each other and bonus structure should be large... getting staff is just like another asset... if you got $1M then you need to invest that into 2 great or 3 great people.. sorry i'm in UK so i can't apply ;) .. then invest in another driver so you don't have to deliver yourself.. you both have to hand over job by job ... or just cash in .. sell up and retire before the world crashes.. ;) lol... good luck :)
