I also like tins a lot, but I really like ones with lids so that I don't (accidentally) spill the contents. Those larger tins with windows are GREAT, because you can see what's inside. Ranger sells them empty, for storage purposes, but they're a bit pricey, IMO (Ranger knows they've got a good thing going!). Your containers are perfect for you because you stick with certain sizes of collage fodder, etc. I do fine until I make stuff that doesn't fit into the container - just a smidge too wide or too long. 🥺 And I noticed that you cut apart the stencils ... so do I! I think the best thing of all is to have everything stored near to where you use it! A dedicated work space with storage! 😎 Thanks for the peek into your world!

I started storing my stamps upright/sideways so I can flip through them. I'd like to do the same with my stencils but don't have the right space for it yet. I have the bottom "file" drawer with my colored paper/cardstock....but still need a proper place for my painted/fodder pages. I have an old cigar box that I just started using for my cut out bits, still figuring it out cause I think I want it divided more by type lol. It's a work in progress figuring out how to organize and store everything and I keep changing things as I go.

Very helpful. How do you store your stencils? I currently use an upright file with individual page protectors for like groups. This works well but I struggle with the full stencil sheets that might have four or five stencils that differ in subject matter. There might be a sheet with a bug, a flower, a border or geometric design. I often have to go through many sheets to find all the different bugs. My goal is to have all the trees, etc., together. Just wondering if others have found a solution.
