what are non-metal elastics? They look too firm to be a rubber band. What area of a store are they located?

I am not sure if I understand your question. You can get these from a dollar store. I also used pedicure, toe holders which can be found in Wal-Mart, Sally's, etc. Thank you!

Yup...or off. Not as if you need sound for this video. Or perhaps they used that music specifically to upset you.....
