You have nothing to lose by trying other than a few bucks. I am getting a custom one fitted in a few weeks time and when I went for a consultation (not with Curtis unfortunately but with a very good company in the UK) they put an example system on my and I was amazed. I have told everyone what I am doing, and sure a couple of folk giggled but on the whole everyone has been super supportive once they saw the pics of how it could look. In fact, everyone can’t wait to see the end result. Curtis’s videos have been a great help as he started from the very beginning with it all.

You are doing an amazing job Curtis - I still remember you when you only had one or two videos - way back when you got your first system fitted....one suggestion which might help your business would be a customer-only web forum as part of your web site (or even a public one) - it would give users a forum to discuss wearing and would allow you to collect feedback that would improve your business further.

Hey Curtis, Thank you for this videos, your timing and subject matter was spot on for me today. I've watched almost all your videos, bought & studied your e-book and thought I was ready. Today I have tried to make three templates with two different people, both getting upset with me because I could not figure out the hairline. Each one looked great until we got to the hair line I was at loss of how to draw it in.After watching your video today I see that I was stressing over nothing because you have that taken care of already. I'm inspired to attempt another try, I really want hair back on my head. Thanks again!

So pretty much, once you have the hair replacement attached, all you have to do is tell the stylist to do it like a normal hair cut but with scissors and do a nice sharp fade that is not too close to the attachment or so? What about maintance hair cuts? If the hair replacement is already cut to fit, and hair grows on the sides and back, do you tell your stylist to trim it without the wig right? Or with the wig on? O think you need to do a very detailed video on all these things because is the most confusing part for people I think even if it seems simple

What's the total cost for the initial purchase sizing and instillation. Plus supplies.

thanks for all your videos. I have 2 questions 1) hair samples & gray % - should I send you my back area hair and side area (above ear) hair in separate bags for you to determine hair color? If I tell u 10% gray, can U customize gray on the "side (ear area) only"? My gray hairs are mainly on the side above ear area. 2) for your Swiss lace & Hybrid model (french + poly) can I use tape all around with no bond? So this make my maintenance easier.

Does any one from you guys knows about auto-glued hair systems?? Lately I've been seeing them on Instagram, but with lack of information...

Curtis still trying to find my perfect Bond lookiny to order vapon no tape liquid silicone. They sell topsol as a remover which is mineral spirits. I stained a thin skin base once and hairdirect recommended acetone nail polish remover to clean it the second acetone touched the thin skin it melts it. Not sure if that's the case with mineral spirits.... but I'm scared to try. Do you have any experience with silicone adhesive? On a .03? Are they easily removable with rubbing alcohol like ultrahold is?

@Cupid Stunt have you used an acrylic , something like ultra hold? Better hold with silicone? I am pretty or oily. Using Max hold sport scalp protector and a taped perimeter and glued hairline I'm trying to achieve 2 weeks between total redos and one week on the hairline. Best I'm getting is 7 to 9 days before the whole thing is sliding and about 4 days on the hairline... And just to make sure is surgical Spirits isopropyl rubbing alcohol? I'm assuming it is.

Can u order from Europe?

I'm just balding on the top back of my head. The front is fine. Do I have to measure a template for just my bald spot, or do I have shave the whole front of my scalp too and use that as the template?

Hey, you can just do the area needed. As long as the density matches, it will be fine. But if its possibly not going to, there are a few options. 1) do the entire front and back 2) do a custom unit to match the density Here to help!

I ordered an Invislace system off you about 6 months ago, still holding strong! I'll be getting a new one soon though.

@WeirdozChannel In a nutshell: I like the poly system the best especially when starting out ; I find it easier to put the poly system on. The lace is just different. If you have the time and money I would try both. You'll go through enough hair systems over the years to have the opportunity. Honestly...either one is fine and pretty versitile. I wore a poly system in the Bahamas for a week during summer and had no issues.

Curtis so do I need to send a hair sample?I dye my beard black so I'd need black or dark brown I'm 42 so would 10 percent grey look good or is it too much and counter productive to what I'm ultimately trying to achieve here?

Hey Brian !! Tough to say because my hair does not match my beard at all. But if your thinking that the hair will look good then you can really do any color you like !!

Hey about the size of a usa half dollar

I want to place an order so bad, but I want to get the right color. I only have half an inch of hair as I’ve been trying to grow it out. If I shave it all and send it in then I’ll just have to wait for it to grow back to be able to use/ style the unit. I may go buy a color hair wheel. Or do you maybe have any other suggestions. I’ve been watching your videos for over a month now and I trust you know your stuff on this subject. I’m just so anxious to have hair again, even if it’s not actually growing out of my head, and I don’t care who knows. Anyway, if you have any thoughts I would be greatly appreciative. M.C. Maldek RLSV thanks so much for the words of encouragement. I currently have been using hair fibres and the coloured spray to hide the thinning areas so it looks like I have hair. It’s way too much to worry about thought between how messy it can be, the rain or wind, swearing, etc. I just want something that looks and feels more natural. Curtiss videos are amazing and his hair looks fantastic. It’s nice to talk to someone else that’s actually tried it.

Josie, thats something I would ask your state or country that supplies your cosmetology license. More than likely not (if your a licensed cosmetologist) but I would double check !

Hi, sure. You can use any portion of it you like. But I do strongly suggest that it has a little bit of size to it so its not small and fall apart. See what I mean
