thank you for posting this video, it was really informative. btw it is interesting how you have a very clear American-sounding accent when you speak English, it does not sound like Japanese-accented English at all. your pronunciation really is excellent. when your grammar is a little bit better, I think no one will be able to tell that you weren't born and raised in America

@lissheim Honestly, there are some english that Japanese use as Japanese, smoking is one of the such words. So if you said, smoking, non-smoking, I believe most of Japanese can understand! The difference between ください、おねがいします、is little difficult, but ください included meaning of "Give me" so I said "give me water" , "give me a check" sounds strange, so it use "Check please" Let me summarize, おねがいします = Please, ください=Please give me ... I hope you could get it!

If your talking about how they sound, it's like "kore kudasai".Roughly, kore=this and kudasai=please. If you want "this and this", the phrasing becomes "kore tou kore kudasai" hope that helps in the future!

your english is good. there are at least two problems with how you say restaurant. one is the sound of "r". i know this is very difficult for japanese speakers because you have a sound that is about halfway between english "r" and "l". this is very understandable. the other problem that you should not have trouble with is the vowel sound.
