I have a question. What if I am in a niche where there is really only ONE major competitor that has 70% of the market? Any specific strategies for taking some of their market share? Things to focus more on vs less on? I am already ranking in top 10 for most of the important keywords.

Also, do you have a template with an easy way to see how many sales you are getting from a given keyword organically vs through ppc? I imagine that information is crucial when it comes to optimising your PPC campaigns at the keyword/search term level. And one more thing - can you provide a link to the Automated Version of the Trivium Analytics template that you mention in the beginning of the video? Apologies for bombarding you with questions :) You are the first amazon youtuber that makes sense to me and I trust.

Question 1: honestly all you have to do is to make sure your product is better in every way and continue to advertise on all the keywords. Unless they drive the market from external traffic - you’ll be fine Question 2: not possible

Thanks for the video! I have a question: I recently had new, better, more modern bottle labels designed. Yet, there are still around 70 bottles in Amazon inventory with the old bottle label. How can I best manage this? If I put the new image up on Amazon and the customer gets the old bottle label, it may be confusing. Thanks.

Create a new SKU under the same ASIN. Then send the new bottle to that SKU and keep it closer. The second the old SKU sells out, open the new SKU and make sure to change all images instantly

With the review vine listings option, do you create stand alone ASINS to get the 30 reviews and then merge them with other stand alone ASINS to get over the limit of only 30 ASINS per parent ASIN? I started out one of my listings as a stand alone ASIN with no variations but may introduce a new color/fragrance and then I could merge two ASINS and potentially have 60 vine reviews? Is that what you are referring to?

Every single variation whether standalone or as a child gets 30 Vine reviews. So the more you launch, the more reviews you can get

@@theminaelias that's weird, as I created an initial listing with two different sized variations and sent the smaller sized asin into Vine originally but now it won't let me send in the bigger size as the listing already has 30 vine reviews.
