I was reading that tcp and udp are layered together so disabling makes no sense

I did all of them even though for some some them my settings were different then yours, I tried it on one map so far I didn’t have enough time to try in game but I was averaging 20-28 in creative and now for the first time my ping went down to 6 that’s the lowest I’ve ever been it goes in between 6-25 ofc it’s not capped but I did notice less delay while building. I usually get 40-58 ping in game and I will see about that.

I've watched a video and apparently changing some of these settings add more strain to your CPU since it now does some of the tasks the network adaptor used to do. So you are using more CPU processing power on the connection than before and therefore have less CPU power for video games.

this video didn't really help my fortnite but it did for my download speed i used to download at 300 mbs now its like 590 thanks also it only dropped my fort ping by like 3 good vid

I have no option to disable Jumbo Packets. Its a number on mine, can only decrease and increase to certain values. no enable/disable on mine. pls help tysm

You can adjust the Jumbo Packet value by selecting the appropriate numeric option that corresponds to your network's maximum MTU size. If there's no explicit disable option, setting it to the default or minimum value effectively disables Jumbo Frames.

IN creative i have about 5-0 ping mostly 0 ping, in ranked i get 20 ping which feels like 50 ping and it makes so much difference I cant edit , build , or play good in any way

could be bufferbloat, could be your hardware. I used to say the exact same thing as you when I was younger playing competitive. 0 ping creative, 20-30 in games, and it felt awful. There is some fixes but they require a lot of learning to understand. Check out Fr33thy on youtube for his final optimization video. And also Savitarax has some good videos for latency. Only watch his newest ones though as they are where the biggest improvements can be made. Its going to be very very confusing at first but you got this :)

@@vanish7542 it sounds stupid that he is but sometimes there is more to his situation than it seems. I used to get 20-30 in matches and it felt absolutely awful, but once I moved states it fixed itself even with the same ping and hardware.

Bruh I get 25 ping in all Creative maps and my gameplay is so smooth everything is smooth and nice and as soon as I play Battle Royal specially Rank I get 40-58 and literally 70% of the kids take my wall first try and it’s laggy and fucked

you most likely live close to the server but have bad upload speed. Your download speed is also probably higher
