There's hardly any water coming out and the dirty water tank is empty. Any suggestions?

Hi, there's a filter behind the big grey cap on the left side of the machine. Give that a clean out, that should do it. P.s. removing the grey cap will let the water out so maybe remove it outside or over a drain.

Hi i have the B 40 just wondering if the machine should be plugged in even after the battery is charged or should it be unpluged as soon as the batteries are charged, i have gel batteries, the machine is used everyday at a Car Dealership for an hour a day or less

Hi, Once the machine is fully charged, the charger will automaticaly either switch off or switch to trickle charge mode so there is no need to unplug it.

Hi Michael, if you unscrew the large grey cap on the back left side of the machine (the clean water will come out), there is a filter behind it. Give that a clean

Hi, if you can hear the brush motor turning, you'll probably find the belt has snapped.

@@5598469 yes, it makes the usual noise as if there were not problem but when we you look down the brush is not spinning when started. It just rolls a bit when pushed. What do you suggest in this case, to book a service- maintenance?

Can I use granite floor.

Hi, yes you can. If you want a really good shine, use diamond pads (check the instructions of the pads first though)

Our B40 Floor scrubber did not come with this velcro plate. Does anyone have part number? Supplier no help.
