No, if there are unbalance sizes, there are some problem in the knife. Maybe its dull, or have some plays in the left or right movement.

I'm using different machine but same function with this machine.but the pattern is unbalanced between each side. I will overlook the knife thank you !

With your problem sir. you have to update software. If there are some error please tell me what is the error number, and i will send you errot description and solution. Thank you sir.

@@VaLentinOGanadoreS there is no error number, just silent on the cutter initialization writing, can't enter the gerber initial display menu. stuck loading inialization the cutter

Check the sensor of the knife rotation. It must have light if the presser foot looking for center alignment. Adjust if needed. If the light comes, then the initialization is complete.

@@VaLentinOGanadoreS once the on/off button press, monitor only shown " the initialization the cutter" and machine not move and stuck , not continue for the next process, please advice

So the X, Y and C servo motors are nit working? Check the servo motors fuse on the MCC board. Change if needed.

Sir paano po i continue yung na stop na cutting for example uwian na kalahati pa lng ang ntatabas need to continue kinabukasan bago lbg po kasi ako nkahawak ng gerber, lectra at oshima ang alam ko tpos nalipat ako ng company gerber ang gamit, .naturo lng kasi sakin yung basic how to operate to cut hanggang matapos. Unlike sa lectra hotspot ang ginagamit ko at oshima part number kung saan nag stop

Isulat nyo po ang marker name, bite number at piece number, at saka lagyan mo marking ang last bite origin bàgo mo ishut down ang machine. Pag open ng computer the next day after mag initialized ng machine encode mo lhat ng values. From marker, bite at piece. Tapos mag origin ka dun sa last na may mark mo.Press Stàrt cutting kna or dry run kung to make it sure.

Ano po yung bite number? Iba pa yun sa part number at ska po last bite origin ano to? Yung gerber kasi nmin wla syang pin na tumutusok d kagaya ng oshima na bawat stop may nagmamarking sya
