Why don't you lay up properly with only one person, set up the lay paper over 2 " then it can be done by one operator. why do you use 4 people?

You don't need to put whole plotter paper on top of the lay just to mark the size and bundle number. Just do Labeling through a Labeling Software...

Quantity over quality I'm afraid. Think how much orders they have to fulfill a day. Here in UK we cut more precisely and to better quality, but the drawback is that we make 1/100th of the amount of orders these guys have to get out in a day. If you want near good quality (sometimes greater than a small business in the west) and a good quantity then China is your friend.
