Literally did this with another person, I took care of Development (Server Room) while he took care of Operations and Workshop (Elite Room and Vault). We both managed to plant bomb successfully without getting caught. Tell a lie, we got caught by one Base Security but we managed to get rid of him without the Control Centre noticing us. Literally fell asleep and woke up completing the challenge through luck
