not only you can hostage the cam op but you can interrogate him to tell you who’s the head security and taking the head security out won’t allow you to answer a radio/pager everytime you take out an operative (you can use the head security’s keycard to open the basement server room)

Oh yeah, I remember an issue with that hitbox thing lol when friendly fire was first being tested SWAT were able to harm hostages, and because of that interaction point hitbox as soon as the SWAT team on deposit loud would roll in everyone would die.

Nice video, this was really entertaining. I’m glad someone talked about how if you shout at an npc while they start to run away they start to run faster as a hostage. It’s really useful in speedruns, and for some reason no one knows about it.

honestly, people dont tend to keep hostages for a long time unless they are doing challenge runs. what would be cool would be a mission where u actually need to keep a hostage/regular npc alive.

@@shelli6518 taking out the camera operator in lakehouse and then takeout the guy who has the keycard. Then when you knockout any guards they won't have that red radio anymore

You actually forgot one of the type of hostages which is NPCs who can only be hostaged by specific classes. For example the elite guards in “the concept” who can only be hostaged by mercenary class.
