Such an informative and inspiring video. As an old man beginner that's just getting the hang of slappy nose and tail stalls. After seeing this video I can't wait go get out there and continue to progress. Nose slides are gonna happen eventually! Thank you!

Love these videos. Your channel and JB over at skatepark lessons have been my biggest help learning to skate. Your channel has been great because I'm 38 and although not in horrible shape because of the sort of work I do, I haven't done any athletics for over a decade for the most part. Your content has been awesome with getting/staying in shape and recovery for skating.

Damn this video was so good. The sinking down ( bending legs) into tricks is such an obvious thing in retrospect but something i had not really factored in in twenty plus years of skating. It really makes balancing on grinds and slides feel a lot more stable and satisfying 🙌

Yeh man the exercises are going to be beneficial for all round stability, not just noseslides, although you could add some movements that simulate tailslides a bit more, eg shifting your weight to land on the back foot. I'd have to get out and mess about with tailslides but I think most the skate tasks will prob be useful too.

@@TheDailyPush Its a bit hard to explain. I think you're basically covered the fs noseslide also with many of the tips you gave in this video👏. But its something about how the upperbody and head is rotating and where you're looking at, for example at the end of the ledge. Idk 😅🤷‍♂️
