All signs point to 2023 being a year of significant economic hardship for the entire nation. Put your cash to use straight away to increase its value. I was aware that I needed to invest. I had no idea how quickly a few thousand dollars a month would go up. Though it is. Since 2020, I've made about $600,000.

Congrats. The true financial unlock comes when you understand and know the technique required to manage your investment's overall risk profile and avoid permanent capital loss. It is critical to have a strategy in place to capitalize on profits when they occur.

If you don't want to crash and burn, you should seek the advice of a fiduciary counselor when you first start out. Because their entire skill set is based on going long and short at the same time, they employ a profit-driven strategy based on individual risk tolerance.

Fiduciary-counselors have exclusive information and data paths that are not available to the general public. Under the direction of my Fiduciary-counselor “NICOLE DESIREE SIMON,” I made over $560k between Q3 and Q4 of 2022. I'm hoping for more.

I agree with 99.9% of what you said. In my opinion, the only exception would be the house. What if you kept it in your name? It is an appreciating asset that can be sold if it is no longer needed. To me, if you have $50Million in cash, having $2 million in real estate under your control would be a great way to get momma a house and still be pretty wise financially.

I think there actually is a way to write off a house.. you can buy a house in the name of an llc and your mom can be your "tenant" and you cld write if that income or you could possibly have the company as a part of compensation plan like the car.

I've always been thinking about wealth also, but it all started wrong at the very young age of 9 I printed out fake raffle tickets and rode my bike around the entire neighborhood selling them, the school really was having a raffle but I just made my own tickets, I conned every old lady in a 5 mile radius I think I made about three grand, then I bought a dirt bike because my dad said I couldn't afford one and that he wouldn't allow me to have one, so this is when things all started to go the wrong way for me, I seen how easy it was at such a young age to make money the wrong ways. by 12 I was trying to counterfeit 100 dollar bills, I had all my buddies breaking them id give them a percentage for taking the risk. Then as time went on I realized it wasn't going to work too many people did catch on, then it went from that to breaking into houses, using drugs and drinking and party all the time. I had a whole bunch of people I could just sell anything to, quads dirt bikes guns collectables etc. making like $500 a day by 22 had a nice trailer on a piece of land paid for. had nice cars all that stuff. I finally got caught because of people that I allowed in to work next to me doing bad things. I lost everything, not that I earned it. But you see I was just really misguided I'm life. I could have put my efforts towards building a brand and a business in the .com bubble I could have bought cheese.com and sold handcrafted fine cheeses etc. you know. I could have invested in Amazon? $100 I'm stock would have been what??? and nobody ever taught me these good things, I had no clue. was never taught how crucial having a clean record would be in life, how crucial having good credit is. I feel like really I've been done wrong in so many ways. iIn my late 30s I have jumped over alot if barriers but I'm really just struggling with life to this day, working and working and getting nowhere with myself
