For a set of Now bindings on a board with inserts you will need to watch this video-> kzread.info/dash/bejne/iWdh1c6BYrvTeco.html (unless it is an old old Burton with the 3D pattern)

Yeah, you won’t find that binding anywhere to be honest. It’s an older pair of Genesis with a Malavita highback that I put together myself.

Does the direction of the nub on the washer matter?

It does not, that is just to make sure the washer teeth line up properly with the teeth in the track.

Can i use regular hardware or does it have to be those specifically

With the EST bindings you absolutely have to use the EST specific hardware that it comes with. Any other binding hardware will be too long and not have the appropriate washers.

If you are referring to the black pads on the board you do not. Those are actually part of that specific board and built into it as part of Burton's filet-o-flex board tech.

Does that mean they're not getting rid of the Burton Malavita? that looks like a new color way design......

Those are actually an older set of Genesis EST's that I added a Malavita highback to. To be honest ever since I rode the Genesis I haven't looked back on the Malavita at all. I do like the winged highback for riding park though, hence the franken-binding.

The Name Dropper has a cool colorway this year.

The 22 spring release is cool but a bland all white with a cream base. The 23 was similar. I'm glad to see some pops of color now. I might have to trade up next year. It's definitely one of the more flexible and fun camber boards I have tried throughout time. It's truly hard to describe the flex of this board to people.
