Most people would have edited out the camera falling off. I think it highlights a good point to invest in the triple suction mount.

Screw actually broke in half on me and then the truck behind me was nice enough to run over and completely destroy my gopro max 360

What happens when you do this with a normal GoPro? I only have the normal one

Hows the wind noise if you don’t put music over it? Does the go pro model you’re using have good built in wind deadening capabilities or is music pretty much a necessity?

I watched because of how low you mounted, tho it failed for obvious reasons, looks good and better then the rest out there. I just made mounts that bolt to the chassis so I can get the low angle shots. We will see what happens. Going on a drift car as well

I want to install this for my car when racing. I like that view when people show the car but does the go pro itself track the car next to them or do they just edit the video to show it as it’s tracking the car next to you.

So you have to edit the footage after words in the GoPro quick app which you can get for your phone or computer. In the app, since the GoPro captures 360 you have to add key frames which essentially lock the footage to where you set it and you can add multiple key frames. There’s some videos that go more in depth on it if you search something along the lines of “key framing GoPro Max Footage”. Hope that helps!

Possibly! The only issue is the stick only disappears with 360 cameras, so you wouldn’t get the invisible look or as much field of view unfortunately.

Unfortunately not. The only way for the stick to disappear and get a wide enough angle is with a 360 camera

How do u keep the camera straight on the car like it turning since it’s a 360 I can’t get that down right

So if you are using a GoPro 360, after you have recorded a clip you can go into the GoPro quick app and adjust the direction and set key frames to frame it exactly how you want.
