Yes...some people use top bond but look for stiffener, it works out

Yes but u have to cut out 3pieces of sinamay and place on top of each other. Then use ur pins to hold them down to the mould before applying the stiffner so it won't be too light.

Is not about hours Dear. What matters is the heat of the sun. Once it's dry, you will observe that it's very very hard, then you can remove it from the mould
